BRIEF


We were commissioned to design the brand identity for a grocery store which planned to start off their business online first, followed by a multiple physical outlets across the state.

The ask was simple and therefore challenging. The brand promised to deliver all the grocery as fresh as possible, to an extent that it had partnered directly with the local farmers to ensure that the veggies are delivered fresh every day. So we decided to design a logo had that could become a symbol of this promise.






IDEA & EXECUTION

The logo is a simple combination of the basket and the rising sun. Rising sun connotes the positivity, energy and newness. The green basket symbolises prosperity and the freshness. Overall it's able to tell that the items sold here are sourced almost every day.

"A fresh start" as a tagline takes the brand on a completely different level. The line is directly derived from its core truth, however its metaphorical meaning gives the brand a much bigger platform to connect with its audience. It almost offers an opportunity for people to start afresh. By letting go off the stale, be it the food, or the baggage people carry.
